Disney's $50 Million Antitrust Settlement Claim Deadline is Today

The Walt Disney Company's $50 million partial settlement in a class-action antitrust lawsuit has a claim deadline of September 8, 2026. The lawsuit, filed by YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream subscribers, alleged that Disney engaged in anti-competitive practices that inflated the cost of live television streaming. Eligible subscribers who purchased subscriptions between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2026, have until today to submit their claims.
