Florida Attorney General Sues Netflix Over Alleged Child Targeting and Data Selling
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has filed a lawsuit against Netflix, alleging the streaming company violated state law by tracking and selling user data to advertisers, despite previous assurances, and intentionally targeting children to promote addiction to its platform. The lawsuit was filed in the 7th Judicial Circuit in St. Johns County.
