Skydance Animation and Netflix have mutually agreed to end their three-year content production and distribution agreement. The John Lasseter-led Skydance unit will now focus on delivering feature films for theatrical distribution through Paramount Pictures, with upcoming projects like 'Cosmic Motors' shifting to a 2027 theatrical release. The companies will still release 'Ray Gunn' and an untitled 'Jack and the Beanstalk' project on Netflix.
