Ynon Kreiz Appointed Co-CEO of Merged Skydance, Combining Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery

Ynon Kreiz, the outgoing CEO of Mattel, is set to become co-CEO of the newly merged entity formed by Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery, which will be known as Skydance. The merger, valued at approximately $110 billion, aims to create a modern media giant encompassing film studios, broadcast networks, cable channels, and streaming platforms Paramount+ and HBO Max. Kreiz will join on Monday, with his co-CEO role beginning Tuesday upon the deal's closure.
