Wizards of the Coast Declines to Voluntarily Recognize Union Efforts

Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has announced its decision not to voluntarily recognize the unionization efforts by the United Workers of Wizards of the Coast (UWOTC-CWA). This marks the second time this year the gaming publisher has declined to recognize unionization. The union's concerns include healthcare, AI protections, and legal ownership of creative work.
