SAG-AFTRA Board Approves New NDA Policy and Member Benefit Improvements

The SAG-AFTRA National Board has adopted a new policy requiring union approval for NDAs as a condition of employment, enhancing protections for its 160,000 members. Additionally, the union announced upcoming improvements to the SAG-AFTRA Health Plan for senior performers and the distribution of over $1.5 million from the Success Bonus Distribution Fund to more than 700 performers for 2024 SVOD productions.
