The suit alleges trademark infringement and false endorsement after dancers wore costumes resembling the cheerleaders' uniforms during a staged shooting in the band's Hollywood Bowl performance. A hearing on the emergency request for a temporary restraining order is scheduled for today, October 27, 2026.
