Pro Silver Star Ltd., owner of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders' trademarks, has filed a lawsuit against My Chemical Romance and Live Nation. The suit alleges trademark infringement and false endorsement after dancers wore cheerleader-style uniforms during the band's Hollywood Bowl performances, participating in a staged gunfight. A hearing for a temporary restraining order is scheduled for October 27, 2026, ahead of the band's final two shows.
