Gamehaus Holdings Inc. Acquires Majority Stake in AI Content Platform Anamana

Mobile game publisher Gamehaus Holdings Inc. has announced a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Techforge Co., Ltd, the holding company of AI-native micro-serial platform Anamana Pte. Ltd. The transaction, valued at US$19.6 million, is expected to give Gamehaus approximately 56% equity interest in Techforge and accelerate its transition to an AI content production and distribution platform.
