Gamehaus to Acquire Majority Stake in AI Content Platform Anamana for $26.6 Million

Mobile game publisher Gamehaus Holdings Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake, approximately 56%, in Techforge Co., Ltd., the holding company of AI-native micro-serial platform Anamana Pte. Ltd. The transaction involves an aggregate consideration of US$19.6 million for existing shares and an additional US$7.0 million cash investment. This strategic move aims to accelerate Gamehaus's transition into a broader AI content production and distribution platform, establishing Anamana as a key driver for future growth.
