Xbox Cloud Gaming Previews Phone as Controller and Cloud Connect with New Nano Controller

Xbox Cloud Gaming is rolling out two new preview features: the ability to use a phone as a controller on supported Smart TVs, and "cloud connect" with a new Xbox Nano Controller in the US.
