Electronic Arts has a long history in the gaming industry, with many of its classic titles being influential in the development of gaming culture. The company has previously released remastered versions of older games, but this announcement marks a substantial expansion of its offerings on the Steam platform. The inclusion of quality-of-life updates indicates a commitment to improving user experience.

Why it matters

The release of 25 classic games by EA on Steam is significant as it revives popular titles that have shaped gaming history.
