OCC Proposes Reporting Requirements for Payment Stablecoin Issuers

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has published draft weekly and quarterly reporting forms. These forms are intended for payment stablecoin issuers under its jurisdiction, aligning with the recently enacted GENIUS Act. The agency is currently soliciting public feedback on these proposed information collection documents.
