IADB Provides $550 Million Credit Guarantee for Argentina's National Budget

Holland & Knight advised the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) on a $550 million partial credit guarantee, supporting a $1.2 billion senior unsecured credit facility for the Republic of Argentina. The guarantee covers principal payment obligations for a Tranche B loan maturing in July 2036, with proceeds allocated to support Argentina's national budget.
