China's central bank to inject 2.1 trillion yuan via overnight reverse repos to meet short-term liquidity needs
The People's Bank of China (PBOC) announced it will conduct overnight reverse repo operations from July 29-31 and on August 3. This measure aims to inject a total of 2.1 trillion yuan into the banking system to better address short-term liquidity requirements.
