German GDP Revised Upward to 0.3% Growth in Q2 2026

Germany's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) increased by 0.3% in the second quarter of 2026 compared with the first quarter, after adjustment for price, seasonal, and calendar variations. This represents a 0.1 percentage point upward revision from the initial release on July 30, 2026. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) noted that the growth momentum seen at the start of the year is being maintained, primarily driven by positive export developments.
