Incoming Swiss bank lobby chief warns against over-regulation

The incoming head of the Swiss Bankers Association, Giorgio Pradelli, has cautioned that Switzerland risks undermining its position as a global financial center if it imposes excessive regulation on its banks. Pradelli is slated to assume the chair next month, with a parliamentary committee set to vote on new banking regulations for UBS.
