Galleri Blood Test Trial Shows Significant Reduction in Late-Stage Cancer Diagnoses

Full results from the NHS-Galleri trial, presented at ASCO 2026, indicate that annual screening with the Galleri blood test substantially reduced Stage IV diagnoses for 12 specific cancers. The trial, involving over 140,000 participants, also increased overall cancer detection rates and decreased emergency presentations for diagnosis.
