Combination Therapy Improves Progression-Free Survival in High-Risk Lymphoma Patients

A phase III clinical trial, frontMIND, has demonstrated that adding tafasitamab and lenalidomide to the standard R-CHOP chemotherapy regimen significantly extends progression-free survival for patients with previously untreated high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and high-grade B-cell lymphoma. The combination therapy reduced the risk of disease progression by 25% compared to R-CHOP alone. These findings represent a potential advancement in frontline treatment strategies for these aggressive forms of lymphoma.
