Study Finds Lower IVF Success Rates for Endometrial Cancer Survivors

A new study indicates that individuals who achieved complete pathologic remission after undergoing fertility-sparing treatment for endometrial carcinoma or endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia experienced reduced success rates with in vitro fertilization. The research suggests that while these treatments preserve fertility, they may still affect endometrial function. This finding is important for patient counseling regarding future fertility prospects.
