BioNTech and Bristol Myers Squibb Present Encouraging Phase 2 Data for Pumitamig in Lung Cancer at ASCO 2026

Interim Phase 2 data for pumitamig (BNT327/BMS986545), an investigational bispecific immunomodulator developed by BioNTech and Bristol Myers Squibb, showed encouraging anti-tumor activity in first-line non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) when combined with chemotherapy. These results from the global Phase 2/3 ROSETTA Lung-02 study are being presented at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.
