Prostate Cancer Therapy Shows Improved Survival in Phase 3 Trial
New Phase 3 clinical trial results for aglatimagene besadenovec (CAN-2409) in localized prostate cancer have been published in The Lancet Oncology. The study found that combining the therapy with standard radiotherapy led to a 30% increase in disease-free survival for intermediate- to high-risk patients. These positive findings, which did not show increased toxicity, are expected to support a future Biologics License Application.
