Iowa Hospital Informs Over 24,000 Patients of Data Security Incident

Clarinda Regional Health Center in Iowa has started notifying more than 24,000 patients about a cybersecurity breach that occurred in October 2025. A forensic review indicated that sensitive personal and medical information may have been accessed without authorization. The hospital has since implemented additional security protocols.
