Haleon has issued a voluntary nationwide recall for specific lots of its Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels. The action follows the discovery of potential contamination with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant during the packaging process. Although no adverse events have been reported, consuming the affected medication could lead to symptoms such as nausea and abdominal pain.
