Food Safety Agencies Issue Warning and Recall Over Listeria Contamination in Cheese

The CDC and FDA have issued a public health warning and recall concerning a Listeria outbreak traced to Clover Hill Dairy's soft ricotta and requesón cheese products. This contamination has resulted in eight reported illnesses, including seven hospitalizations and one fatality across three states. Consumers are urged to dispose of any affected cheese, as some items may have been repackaged under different brand names.
