The FDA has approved Immgolis and Immgolis Intri (golimumab-sldi) as interchangeable biosimilar biological products to Simponi and Simponi Aria, respectively. These biosimilars, developed by Bio-Thera Solutions, are indicated for the treatment of chronic autoimmune conditions such as moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis and moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis, offering lower-cost therapeutic options.
