Sanofi Halts Advanced Trial for Autoimmune Treatment Due to Lack of Efficacy

Pharmaceutical company Sanofi has ceased its Phase 3 clinical trial for riliprubart, an autoimmune drug targeting chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. An independent committee's interim analysis indicated the treatment was unlikely to demonstrate sufficient effectiveness. No safety concerns were identified during the study.
