Canada Forms New Advisory Body for Preventive Healthcare Guidelines

The Canadian government has established the National Advisory Committee on Preventive Health Services (NACPHS). This 14-member committee will be responsible for creating evidence-based guidelines for preventive health services, such as cancer screening. It replaces a previous task force that was suspended due to concerns over outdated recommendations.
