Atrium Health Transfers Land for Development of Affordable Housing Community

Atrium Health has completed a land transfer of nearly 14 acres in Charlotte, North Carolina, to the city's housing authority, Inlivian. This agreement is set to facilitate the creation of a 1,200-unit mixed-income community, which will include affordable housing options.
