The FDA and CDC are investigating a multi-state infant botulism outbreak, with three cases potentially linked to Nara Organics Whole Milk Organic Powdered Infant Formula. Nara Organics has initiated a voluntary recall of all its formula lots due to potential Clostridium botulinum contamination. The affected products were distributed nationwide through various retailers from July 2025 to June 2026.
