Dostarlimab Monotherapy Shows Sustained Efficacy in Endometrial Cancer Over Six Years

New six-year follow-up data from the GARNET trial indicates that dostarlimab monotherapy maintains significant antitumor activity in patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer characterized by dMMR/MSI-H. The study reported an objective response rate of 45.5%, with complete responses increasing to 22.4%. The median duration of response was not yet reached, highlighting the long-term benefits of this treatment.
