US CDC Extends Travel Restrictions Amidst Ebola Outbreak

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has prolonged its temporary ban on entry for certain foreign nationals. This measure applies to individuals recently in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan, in response to an ongoing Ebola outbreak. While U.S. citizens can still enter, they will undergo enhanced health screenings. All travelers from these regions are advised to monitor for symptoms for three weeks.
