European Regulators Endorse Multiple New Medications and Expanded Uses

The European Medicines Agency's CHMP has given positive recommendations for six new drugs to receive marketing authorization. Additionally, the committee endorsed 11 existing medicines for expanded therapeutic uses. These approvals include a new influenza vaccine, treatments for Parkinson's disease and type 2 diabetes, and a broader age range for the Imvanex vaccine.
