A COVID-19 vaccine study, which was reportedly delayed by the CDC's chief due to methodological concerns, has now been published in JAMA Network Open. The peer-reviewed analysis indicates that the COVID-19 vaccine reduced the risk of emergency department visits and hospitalizations among healthy adults by approximately half last winter.
