Biocon Publishes Pivotal Clinical Data for Yesafili™, a Biosimilar to Eylea®

Biocon Limited announced the publication of two clinical studies in peer-reviewed journals, supporting the effectiveness of Yesafili™ (aflibercept-jbvf), its aflibercept biosimilar. The Phase III INSIGHT program data demonstrated comparable safety, efficacy, and immunogenicity to reference Eylea® in patients with diabetic macular edema, contributing to the clinical evidence for this FDA-approved biosimilar.
