Medline Convenience Kits Recalled by FDA Due to Component Error

The FDA has issued an early alert for a Class 2 recall involving Medline Convenience Kits. The recall stems from a distribution control error concerning Covidien Mon-a-Therm Temperature Probes included in the kits. Customers were previously notified in May 2026 to quarantine affected products and respond to the recall.
