Risvutatug Rezetecan Shows Improved Overall Survival in Relapsed Small Cell Lung Cancer Trial

The investigational B7-H3–targeted antibody-drug conjugate, risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez), significantly improved overall survival compared to topotecan in patients with advanced or relapsed small cell lung cancer (SCLC) in the Phase 3 ARTEMIS-008 trial. This marks the first positive Phase 3 overall survival data for a B7-H3–targeted ADC in any tumor type, supporting its potential as a new treatment option.
