CDC Extends Travel Restrictions Due to Ebola Outbreak in Africa

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has prolonged travel restrictions for foreign nationals who have recently visited the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan. This measure is in response to an ongoing Ebola outbreak caused by the Bundibugyo virus in the region. While U.S. citizens can still enter, they will undergo enhanced health screenings upon arrival.
