A multistate outbreak of cyclosporiasis in the Midwest has been connected to shredded iceberg lettuce supplied by Taylor Farms and served at some Taco Bell restaurants. Over 400 cases of the parasitic illness have been identified across four states, contributing to nearly 7,000 nationwide cases since May. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is investigating, with 141 hospitalizations reported.
