Nektar Therapeutics Begins Late-Stage Trials for Atopic Dermatitis Treatment

Nektar Therapeutics has launched its Phase 3 ZENITH AD program, initiating two global registrational trials, ZENITH AD-1 and ZENITH AD-2. These trials will evaluate rezpegaldesleukin, a novel regulatory T-cell biologic, for treating moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in patients aged 12 and older, with the goal of securing regulatory approval in the U.S. and Europe.
