New England Journal of Medicine Publishes Positive Data for Enfortumab Vedotin Plus Pembrolizumab in Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer
New data published in The New England Journal of Medicine show that the combination of enfortumab vedotin-ejfv (Padcev) plus pembrolizumab (Keytruda) as perioperative treatment significantly improved event-free survival, overall survival, and pathological complete response rates compared to neoadjuvant cisplatin-gemcitabine in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) eligible for cisplatin-based chemotherapy. This publication follows the FDA's recent approval of the regimen for all MIBC patients.
