Trumbull County Health District Warns of Potential Measles Exposure Following Ashtabula County Cases

The Trumbull County Combined Health District has issued a warning regarding potential measles exposure after two confirmed cases in Ashtabula County residents who attended a horse sale auction in Bloomfield, Trumbull County, on July 18. While most people have immunity through vaccination, health officials are urging vigilance. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported 2,318 confirmed measles cases so far this year.
