Phase 3 Trial Shows Durable Responses for Cretostimogene in Bladder Cancer
Results from Cohort C of the pivotal Phase 3 BOND-003 trial, published in The Lancet Oncology, demonstrate that intravesical cretostimogene grenadenorepvec led to high complete response rates and durable bladder preservation in patients with high-risk, BCG-unresponsive non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) with carcinoma in situ. The treatment also showed a favorable safety profile.
