Ralinepag Shows Positive Phase 3 Results for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Full results from the ADVANCE OUTCOMES study, published in The Lancet, indicate that the investigational drug ralinepag significantly reduced the risk of clinical worsening in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) by 55% compared to placebo. United Therapeutics submitted a New Drug Application for ralinepag to the FDA in June 2026. The findings also reported improvements in NT-proBNP and six-minute walk distance, offering potential new treatment options for PAH.
