Results from the pivotal Phase 3 HOPE-3 clinical trial, published in The Lancet, indicate that deramiocel, an investigational cell therapy, significantly slowed disease progression and improved upper limb function and heart health in boys and young men with advanced Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The study demonstrated benefits across multiple measures of muscle and cardiac function.
