Omalizumab Demonstrates Greater Success Over Multiallergen Oral Immunotherapy for Multifood Allergy

A JAMA Pediatrics study indicates omalizumab treatment achieved higher overall success than omalizumab-facilitated multiallergen oral immunotherapy (MOIT) for multifood allergy patients. This improved outcome was primarily due to fewer adverse events and treatment discontinuations with omalizumab.
