A Phase 1 clinical trial of the investigational drug DYP688, a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate, has demonstrated measurable anti-tumor activity and a favorable safety profile in patients with metastatic uveal melanoma, a cancer with limited treatment options. The study, published in Nature Medicine, reported objective responses in 19.7% of patients and tumor reduction in 71.2%, with a median progression-free survival of 7.2 months.
