The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning and recalled batches of Beauty White Facial Toner and Beauty Love Skin Essentials Rejuvenating Facial Toner after laboratory testing confirmed the presence of banned ingredients Tretinoin and Hydroquinone. These ingredients are prohibited in cosmetic products due to significant health and safety concerns, including potential skin, eye, and respiratory irritation, increased sensitivity to UV radiation, and reproductive toxicity.
