The European Medicines Agency's (EMA) Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) has issued a positive opinion recommending the authorization of obicetrapib as a monotherapy and in a fixed-dose combination with ezetimibe for cholesterol lowering. A final decision from the European Commission is anticipated later in 2026.
