CDC Expands Cyclosporiasis Outbreak List to 15 States

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has linked six additional states—Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, and North Carolina—to the ongoing cyclosporiasis outbreak, bringing the total to 15 states. Since May, the CDC has reported 10,468 confirmed cases, including 517 hospitalizations and two deaths.
